WHAT IS A PRESALE?
A SARDA™ Presale gives you the opportunity to purchase luxury handcrafted pieces at extraordinary prices. Orders are taken in advance, and once the presale is over, orders are sent to our factory in Bali to begin production.
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF A PRESALE?
Because the orders are taken before the product is made, SARDA™ is able to custom make jewelry for our customers. Because the factory knows the exact number of orders, they are able to produce the exact number of pieces. This allows SARDA™ to offer these pieces at exceptional prices
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
After the close of the presale, the orders are confirmed and sent to our factory in Bali to commence production. Once production is complete, the orders are shipped from our factory in Bali to our office in Washington state, where they are checked for quality assurance and then shipped to customers. All told, customers can expect their pieces approximately 90 days after the close of the presale.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN THE PRESALE?
Customers may use any of the standard payment options (Credit/Debit, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, Google Pay, Apple Pay), and will be charged at the time checkout is completed. Because of the exceptionally low prices, all sales are final. Please review our policy on returns for more information. Customers should contact Customer Care with any warranty issues.
