05/05/2026: Effective immediately, SARDA™ has made the following changes to our policy on Refunds, Returns and Exchanges.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged merchandise with all original tags affixed. Returns submitted without a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code will not be accepted.
To initiate a return:
- Visit our Return Portal. to submit your request and receive your RMA code.
- Ship the item(s) back to our Washington State office.
- Await confirmation and processing.
To start a return please use our Return Portal.
Customers returning items for reasons other than warranty or damage are responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN PROCESSING FEE
A $10.95 return processing fee applies to all returns and refunds, with the following exceptions:
- Fee is waived if you purchased Checkout+
- Fee is waived if the refund is issued as store credit
- Fee is waived for exchanges within the same style and size
- Fee is waived for items returned due to damage or defect
Fee structure for multiple returns:
- Multiple items from the same order returned together → fee applied once
- Items from multiple orders → $10.95 fee applies per order
- Items from the same order returned separately → $10.95 fee applies per shipment
BOGO & GIFT WITH PURCHASE
For orders that included a "Buy One, Get One" (BOGO) promotion or a Gift With Purchase, please note that the discount is applied across both items.
If you wish to return both items, you are eligible for a full refund to your original form of payment or in the form of store credit, provided both items are returned unworn and with all original tags affixed.
If you prefer to keep one item, we are happy to assist. Please note that a 40% discount adjustment will be applied to the item(s) you wish to keep to reflect single-item pricing, and your refund will be calculated accordingly.
We are happy to provide size exchanges for items purchased as part of a BOGO or Gift With Purchase promotion, subject to inventory availability.

ALMOST PERFECT ITEMS
Almost Perfect items are eligible for size exchanges only. Store credit and cash refunds will not be provided for these items.
LAST CHANCE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Due to limited quantities and special pricing, Last Chance and Clearance items are eligible for size exchanges or store credit only. Cash refunds are not available for these items.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:
Upon receipt of the item(s) at our Washington State office, SARDA™ will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund posts to the same debit/credit account used to purchase the item(s), or to the financial institution used to secure the item(s). An email confirming that the refund has been processed will be sent to the customer.
Once the refund processes, it can take several business days for your financial institution to post it your account. SARDA™ does not have any affiliation with any bank, credit card company or financial institution, and has no control on how long it takes for a refund to post to your account. Please contact your financial institution with any questions about delays after we have processed the refund, and the email confirmation has been sent.
PROCESSING REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH AFFIRM:
Refunds for Affirm purchases will be posted directly to your Affirm account. For returns processed within 30 days of the order date, interest charges are typically waived. Returns processed after 30 days may be subject to accrued interest. For partial returns, you remain responsible for the remaining balance with Affirm. PROCESSING REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH AFTERPAY:
Once a return is processed, SARDA™ will refund the outstanding amount to Afterpay. Please refer to your Afterpay Installment Agreement or contact Afterpay directly for details on how refunds are applied to your account. EXCHANGES:
SARDA™ is happy to exchange rings and bracelets for the same style in a different size, subject to inventory availability. Please note the following:
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Exchanges for different styles or gemstones are not permitted
- Exchanges for lifestyle or gemstone specimen pieces are not accepted
- Once approved, the item will be held for 30 days to allow time for return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
STORE CREDIT
Store credit is applied directly to your SARDA™ customer account and may also be issued in the form of a gift card. Please note:
- Store credit and gift cards are valid for purchases on sarda.com only
- Store credit and gift cards have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash
- Gift cards are non-transferable and issued only to the returning customer
- By choosing store credit, the customer waives the right to a cash refund for that transaction
REWARDS POINTS
Points earned on returned items will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return. This applies to all refund options and may result in a negative points balance if points have already been redeemed.
