05/25/2023: Effective immediately, SARDA™ has made the following changes to our policy on Refunds, Returns and Exchanges.

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for eligible, unworn, undamaged merchandise. Customers MUST reach out to our customer care team to receive an RMA code prior to returning merchandise. Items returned without an RMA are NOT eligible for returns. Tags MUST remain affixed to items to be eligible for returns. SARDA™ provides free shipping to customers; customers returning items for reasons OTHER than warranty, damage or size exchanges are responsible for shipping costs.

*Please note: Due to limited quantities and our special pricing, the following items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges:

    • Items purchased through SARDA’S™ ‘Last Chance’ promotion are ‘Final Sale,’ and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

    • Items purchased where a complimentary item accompanies the purchase through SARDA’S™ “Buy One, Get One” promotion (aka “BOGO”) are ‘Final Sale,’ and not eligible for returns, refund or exchanges.

    • Items purchased through SARDA’S™ ‘Janyl’s One Day Only’ promotion (aka JODO) are marked as ‘Final Sale,’ and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

    • Items marked at a discount of 40% or higher are ‘Final Sale,‘ and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

    • Gemstone & Crystals are ‘Final Sale’ and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

    • All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment on your order; exchanges are unable to be processed at this time except for rings as outlined below. Please ensure you review our policy on refunds, returns and exchanges. For items with warranty issues, please contact our customer care team, or visit our FAQ page for more information.

PROCESSING YOUR RETURN:

Upon receipt of the item(s) at our Washington State office, SARDA™ will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund posts to the same debit/credit account used to purchase the item(s), or to the financial institution used to secure the item(s). An email confirming that the refund has been processed will be sent to the customer.

Once the refund processes, it can take several business days for your financial institution to post it your account. SARDA™ does not have any affiliation with any bank, credit card company or financial institution, and has no control on how long it takes for a refund to post to your account. Please contact your financial institution with any questions about delays after we have processed the refund and the email confirmation has been sent.

PROCESSING REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH AFFIRM:

A refund will post to your Affirm account after we process your return. It can take several days for a refund to post. SARDA™ has no affiliation with Affirm, nor control on how long it may take for refunds to post to your account. For most orders, Affirm will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return.

In the event that you return only part of your order, the amount of the merchandise that you returned, along with applicable taxes and fees, will be refunded to your Affirm account. PROCESSING REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH AFTERPAY:

SARDA™ has no affiliation with Afterpay, and our return/refund policy operates independently of any installment agreement between the customer and any financial institution. Once a return is processed, SARDA™ refunds the outstanding amount to Afterpay. SARDA™ has no control regarding how long or in what manner a customer is refunded any amount due. For a detailed explanation of Afterpay’s refund policy, please refer to their Installment Agreement, or contact Afterpay directly.

EXCHANGES:

If a customer’s ring does not fit, SARDA™ is happy to exchange the ring for another in the same style. The exchange must be done within the 14-day return period referenced above. SARDA™ does not accept exchanges for other jewelry, lifestyle or gemstone specimen pieces.
