Free Returns + Package Protection

I really love having the free returns and package protection option. With so many packages getting stolen or damaged these days, it makes me feel really safe making a purchase. Not that I didn’t before, but it’s like having extra insurance! It also gives me greater peace of mind knowing that I am covered if anything goes wrong during shipping. It shows once again that Janyl and her hard working team go beyond the extra mile for us the customer’s and that you care about the customer's shopping experience from start to finish which you always have and will continue to do! Thank you for offering the free returns and package protection. Everything went well in the shipping of my beautiful ring and it was delivered very quickly. Luckily, the ring fit me so I didn't have to return it. I will use this offer again.

I bought a peridot ring to go with a peridot bracelet that I’m getting next week for my birthday!
The ring is beautiful; I bought it to wear on my middle finger. The size 8 is tight on me so I am going to exchange it for a larger size.

Protection is honestly one of the best perks they offer. The cost is minimal—definitely less than what you’d pay to ship something back on your own—and it gives so much peace of mind. Knowing my order is protected and that returns are hassle-free makes shopping with them a no-brainer. It’s just another example of Sarda’s customer service and commitment to making to making things easy for their customers.

Not really free returns anymore when there is now a restocking free on top of this unless you want a store credit for the return. I do no mind paying the first fee, but his now feels like “ double dipping” to me.
