Who owns SARDA™?

Are the listed weights of your silver exact?

Silver weight:

Because of the nature of SARDA’s individually handcrafted sterling silver jewelry, silver weights are approximate and may have slight variances from the listed silver weight description. No two pieces are identical as our jewelry is handmade and finished.

Do the colors of your gemstones match exactly?

Stone Color:

Due to variations in stones, it is unavoidable that colors may appear differently for everyone. The colors in photos and named descriptors (e.g., “blue topaz”, “neon”, “kunzite” etc.) are subjective, approximate, and may vary. Colors may vary among different collections of the same item. Different pieces with the same color name may not match in color.

How do I sign up for an account?

In the upper right of the page, there is a Sign in/Register link.  Click that to register a username and password.  You will be sent a confirmation email within a few minutes to verify your info and provide a link to log in.  If you do not see your email, please check your SPAM folder.  If it is in your SPAM folder, please add us to your “Safe Sender” list so future emails will not go in there.

Once you are signed in, you can:

  • View items left in your cart
  • Create a Wishlist
  • View previous orders
  • Add Payment Methods
  • Change your billing and shipping addresses
  • Change your password and personal details

Why is my order not processing?

Check to ensure the country that issued your credit card matches the region in which you are shopping. If the bank does not provide an authorization, here are a few possible reasons why:

  • The billing information is inconsistent with what the credit card company has on file.
  • The expiration date was entered incorrectly at check out.
  • The card’s CVV code is incorrect.
  • The balance to authorize is higher than the transaction limit set with your bank. You will need to contact your bank to authorize the charge.

Why was my order cancelled?

In some cases, an order is cancelled due if the item is no longer in stock.

Occasionally pricing adjustments are made which result in changes to pricing on jewelry. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders.

Sometimes, an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. Please ensure all credit card, billing and shipping information is accurate. You can create a new order on our site or contact us here.

What if I entered the incorrect information on my purchase?

Please contact us here to cancel the existing order and create a new one.

What do I do if my jewelry breaks?

Can I get a receipt or proof of purchase?

All online purchases and order history are saved when you create an account on SARDA.COM. We encourage all customers to create an account.

How do I clean my SARDA™ jewelry?

Use a soft cloth to gently wipe clean the item you wish to clean. Remove any remaining impurities with mild diluted soap. Rinse with warm water and dry thoroughly before storing away. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steamers or ultrasonic machines. Do not submerge or clean any of our gemstones with liquid cleaners.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive updates regarding the status of your order at the email address provided upon your time of purchase.

We recommend creating a registered account to save time at online checkout, track your order status, and save your favorite items to your personal Wishlist.

Does SARDA™ offer repairs?

Currently we do not offer a repair service.

Can I resize my jewelry?

Select rings are able to be resized, depending on the design. SARDA™ does not offer a resizing service, however. Contact your local jeweler to learn more.

What is 'Last Chance'?

Our Last Chance page is your opportunity to purchase SARDA™ jewelry or lifestyle pieces at special prices. Typically these are items that, due to demand, are extremely limited in quantity. Once our supply has been sold, we no longer have them available.

*Note: Items purchased through our ‘Last Chance’ promotion are FINAL SALE, and NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Due to limited quantities and variations in stone color, SARDA cannot accept exchanges to items on our Last Chance page. When our pieces are placed into our Last Chance page, they are generally in quantities of five or less. Typically they sell out quickly. Customers looking to purchase pieces to complete their collection should expect that the gemstones they purchase may not match with their other items. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any remaining quantity on hand — if there is any –would match, and therefore we cannot exchange these items. Please review our detailed policy on Returns, Refunds and Exchanges for more information.

Some items may return once our artisans in Bali produce more, but it could be up to six months before they are available again. Some items will never return, and some may return years later if Janyl decides she’d like bring them back.

What payment methods are accepted by SARDA™?

SARDA™ accepts all major credit/debit cards. We also accept PayPal, Affirm, Afterpay, ApplePay and GooglePay.

Does SARDA™ offer financing options?

We do not offer financing directly. However, we accept both Affirm and Afterpay.

What is Affirm?

Affirm is a financing method that can be applied to your order as a form of payment. Affirm uses encryption to keep your information safe and your application will not affect your credit score. Approved customers can choose between 3-, 6-, or 12-month payment plans, with APR rates ranging from 0-30%. You will also have the option to sign up for autopay.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a financing method that can be applied to your order as a form of payment. Afterpay gives you the ability to make purchases now and pay it off in 4 equal installments, make every 2 weeks with zero interest. They will send your reminders so you will never miss a payment.

SARDA™ Shipping Policy

(10/24/23): SARDA is pleased to offer expedited shipping options for the Contiguous 48 states and Puerto Rico. At checkout, customers may now select from the following options in addition to free ground shipping:

Three (3) day delivery

Two (2) day delivery

Next day delivery

Each option is available for an extra fee, which will be added when selected at checkout. Expedited shipping options are subject to the same shipping policies as SARDA’s ground shipping. Orders completed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.

Orders completed after 10 am PT Monday-Friday will not be processed until the next business day. SARDA observes the following holidays, and is not open for business.

What if the price of an item changes after I purchased it?

We are not able to process price adjustments for previous purchases as prices fluctuate due to trends, stock, and consumer demand.

I purchased an item and then found a coupon code. Can I add it to my order after I've submitted it?

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust orders after the customer has submitted it. Additionally, given the number of coupons and promotions we offer, we are not able to adjust pricing for customer orders once they begin processing. To ensure you’re up to date on the latest coupons and promotions, remember to sign up for our newsletter, and follow us on social media (@SardaInc) so you never miss out on a deal!

What are Early Access Presale Events?

SARDA’S™ Early Access Presale Events provide customers the opportunity to purchase unique collections at amazing prices. These collections feature special stones with unique designs and distinctive cutting.

Because of the fantastic prices and limited quantities, many of these collections will sell out during Early Access Presale events. Since these items are available for sale in advance of a general release, they are generally not available for immediate delivery. These items typically (but not always) have to be specially made in Bali, and can take from 30 days up to six months to ship to customers from the close of the Early Access Presale event.

Any item that is marked “PRESALE” will provide the estimated time of delivery on the item page and at checkout. When the order is ready to ship to customers, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. As these items ship from Bali, issues such as weather and customs can impact delivery times. If delivery is delayed, SARDA™ will of course keep you updated.

How does SARDA™ test the gemstones it uses in its luxury jewelry to ensure authenticity?

Much of the gem material currently on the market has been treated in some way before it reaches the customer. In fact, it is estimated that over 90% of gemstones in the market have had some kind of treatment to them.

Why are gems treated?

In a sense, people alter all gem materials after they are found in the earth in order to prepare them for use in jewelry, whether that means cleaning, polishing, or more significant alterations designed to further enhance the material.

There are a number of types of treatments applied to gem material. Below are a few that are used.

Heat Treatment

Radiation Treatment

CVD chemical Vapor Disposition

SARDA™ does its best to test the gemstones it uses in its jewelry to confirm the authenticity, as well as to disclose any treatment used that significantly alters the nature of the gemstone.

And while SARDA™ tests a signifiant number of its gem material before setting them in our pieces and selling it, gemstones trade many hands before the material actually gets cut into a gemstone.

Thus it is impossible to guarantee that none of these treatments were used in any the gem material, even after it has been tested, cut and set into our luxury sterling silver or beaded jewelry.

The costs of testing gem material are significant. Indeed, testing each gemstone would increase the cost of our pieces by many multiples.

SARDA’S™ motto is “luxury jewelry at affordable prices.” Keeping our pieces affordable for our customers is at the heart of Janyl’s ethos. We want our gemstones affordable and the jewelry beautiful. The testing it would take to guarantee all of our gemstones had not received some sort of treatment — or confirm the specific types of treatment — would make our jewelry unaffordable.

Our pieces are made with genuine material, but in the making these pieces there is the potential that treatments were used to enhance certain gemstones.
